What better activity for Club Cascadia than to go chase down larches in North Cascade National Park?

I've teamed up with North Cascades Glamping to give us a 2-night discounted stay just 10 minutes outside of the park

Here's a glimpse of what to expect (more details to come):

• HIKING: Our big hike on Saturday will be Maple Pass Trail — one of the best hikes to view the larches. We'll also do some smaller hikes the following day which are TBD. 

• MOVIE NIGHT:  The glamping tent comes with a movie projector, so pack your favorite PJs and get ready for a fun night!

• FIRE PIT: We'll share stories and cook smores over a fire pit at the glamping experience, which is located on a homestead farm.

How much does it cost and how do I reserve my spot?

It cost $45 total and you can Venmo @oliviaconing to reserve your spot. This will work on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What is the sleeping situation like?

We have 2 glamping tents that each have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. You'll either be on the sofa bed or will be sharing a queen bed with another member. Each tent comes with a LED lantern, compostable plates and silverware, 45 qt cooler (no ice provided), linens, and blankets. There is also a coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, sugar, creamer, and cups.

Are there showers?

The bathroom and shower are a short walk from the tent and is shared between the other 3 tents on the property. The toilet is a composting toilet similar to a campground toilet.

What will we eat?

I'll be creating a spreadsheet to meal prep and everyone can sign up to bring a couple of things. There's a chance we will eat out one night, which is TBD and will be shared once the full itinerary has been created.
